What's involved with this role:

Temporary Technical Support Officer

This role will be to provide technical admin support to the waste team managers 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Review and approve assisted bin and addition bin application 
  • Uploads on to Bartec Collective - New properties, assisted collections, additional bins & Changes to Crew collection rounds. 
  • Support Waste Team Manager with investigations in to single missed bin reports and whole road reports missed.  
  • Respond to service request enquiries.  
  • Assist Waste Team Managers with investigation and responses to Stage 1 complaints and Cllr enquires

  • Knowledge of working in a waste service 
  • Experience using Bartec, or a similar waste system 
  • Experience of working in a senior administrative role and managing projects and programmes of work 
  • Effective administrative skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail, quality and consistency in order to develop administrative systems that function effectively.
