Temporary Talent Acquisition Partner

To support the business to design and plan effective approaches to meet short, medium, and long-term resourcing priorities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will support the Strategic Business Partners to create recruitment and selection campaigns for their business areas to achieve corporate objectives and business transformation
Key Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the business, establishing and developing relationships with Strategic Business Partners to understand the key resource issues and associated requirements to meet future organisational challenges, while identifying and improving current recruitment practices.
- Provide proactive and specialist advice on recruitment & selection, and related considerations with a solution focused proactive approach to business requirements and challenges.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Lead & Strategic Business Partners to manage and deliver recruitment and selection projects/campaigns within agreed timescales, budget and to customer satisfaction while identifying the best approach to deliver a cost/quality balance which is also fair and transparent.
- Be proactive in identifying and facilitating the business to successfully deliver credible, cost-effective, and innovative recruitment and selection solutions using a range of relevant techniques.
- Support the implementation of a range of business appropriate initiatives and specific projects within agreed timescales and budgets to support the delivery of business objectives e.g. the partnership with ATS providers service redesign for recruitment systems and pre-employment check frameworks.
- Drive a successful, credible, and professional best practice recruitment model within the business, supporting operational leaders with advice and guidance, training and development, interview frameworks, tools and tactics as required to support Strategic Business Partners. Coaching/advising managers in the implementation of robust recruitment and selection processes and legislative requirements, employment law and compliance aspects.
- Measure the success of resourcing solutions and services in contributing to the function/organisation’s effectiveness and efficiency and attainment of overall objectives
- Work in partnership with Reward & Recognition Hub to conduct market and competitor analysis and benchmarking to ensure that recruiting leaders are provided with up-to-date market pay ranges to ensure attraction success and internal pay structure compliance.
- Oversee and support all administration associated with the recruitment and selection process, and transfer into live employment and onboarding.
- Manage and ensure maximum effectiveness of recruitment budgets

- CIPD level 5
- Previous experience that demonstrates a strong level of understanding of good recruitment practices and procedures and the ability to influence and drive cultural change
- Experience of developing and implementing new approaches within a complex organisation, for example through previous project management or transformational programme activity
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and document management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively to engage and influence
