What's involved with this role:

Enhanced DBS disclosure required

The Team require an experienced administrator who has IT skills, ability to answer the telephone, write letters and be able to use the Mosaic system. The role should be full-time but part-time applicants should feel free to be submitted and hours can be discussed.

To carry out a range of customer focussed administrative duties for the Team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.

You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.

  2. Your recent UK working experience going back at least 5 years, or full employment history if you have been working for fewer years than this.
  3. Your availability to work either immediately, or at short notice.
  4. Unless the DBS requirement stated above is for a Basic Disclosure, your DBS must be either through us or be accompanied by a subscription to the DBS updating service.
  5. NVQ level 2 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience.
  6. Experience:
    1. Minimum of 12 months recent office administration experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
    2. Experience of the service area and services provided within which this post will be providing support services.
    3. Experience of delivering services ensuring excellent customer experiences.
  7. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite)
