Full Job Title: Temporary Senior HR Advisor – Policy

Hybrid role - some occasions when the post-holder would need to attend Badminton Road office (Yate) but mainly remote working.
Reviewing, revising and implementing HR policies and procedures and communicating this within the organisation and also co-ordinating bespoke organisational projects.
- Co-ordinate policy changes or developments and communicate these to the wider organisation and conduct briefings and training as appropriate.
- Source employment law updates and interpret these into the organisational context and project plan an appropriate response.
- Advise and assist in the implementation of organisational changes, including new structures and role profiles or consultation with employees/ Trades Unions.
- Contribute to project work across the wider HR community and may assist in the design, implementation and delivery of training programmes relating to human resources policies/procedures.

- Professionally qualified, ideally to Member CIPD or equivalent level of experience gained within a complex operating environment.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills and have experience of writing internal communications briefings/documents.

- Ability to analyse HR data and identify trends.
- Able to prioritise a complex workload in an environment of change.
- ICT Skills: Effective IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite)
