Temporary Learning & Od Assistant

This role is a customer facing and will be required to deal with a range of queries submitted through various communication channels. The candidate will also be required to resolve queries related to our e-learning platform but there will be expertise across the team to support with more complex queries
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to L&OD Advisers in implementing learning and organisational development interventions, liaising with internal customers and external providers and organisations as necessary.
- Provide routine advice and guidance to customers of the service concerning learning and organisational development provision.
- Contribute to the review and development of systems for the effective administration of learning and organisational development activities as requested.
- Assist the Senior L&OD Assistants in monitoring specified budgets for learning and development, and place orders within agreed limits.
- Ensure that information about learning and organisational development interventions is made available through Sharepoint and other media, as required.
- Maintain records using a range of systems and collate management information relating to the volume and effectiveness of learning and development activities and other data as required.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an integrated service for the benefit of customers.
- Participate in learning and development activities as required.
- Carry out other such comparable duties in support of corporate or service objectives as required
