Temporary Corporate Support Officer

To provide a comprehensive customer focussed and flexible Corporate Support service to all officers and councillors which is able to adapt to the changing needs of the council
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative and secretarial duties to support the needs of the various business units within the council.
- Providing an accurate, professional and confidential word processing, audio and copy typing service to all business units and councillors within agreed performance standards.
- Providing project and administrative support for corporate projects as required, including the preparation of presentations, arranging and minute taking for meetings/forums, liaising with attendees and all other associated requirements.
- Administering the Sports Pitch booking system, ensuring it reflects
up-to-date and accurate information. - Actively enhance the service provided by identifying and adhering to best practice
