Full Job Title: Temporary PT Business Admin Support Officer – Safeguarding Adults

Enhanced DBS disclosure required

Flexible hours between Monday to Friday and between 9:00-4:30.

Usually home based working, would need to have access to internet for home working. Lap top provided. Meetings would be via Microsoft Teams, these can be recorded and typed back.

To carry out a range of administrative duties for the Team with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.

You will be expected to have good organisational skills and be able to use IT effectively in implementing tasks.

As working for the Safeguarding Adults Board working in a confidential manner is a priority. Working within a small team so need to be flexible.

 

Specific Role Requirements” – to give yourself the maximum chance of success please try and ensure your CV addresses the following essential criteria:

  1. Qualifications:
    1. RSA II Typing/Word Processing or equivalent
    2. NVQ Level 3 Business & Administration Qualification or equivalent
  2. Minimum of 12 months recent office administration experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation
  3. ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite)
