  • Hours per Week: 37 shift work Monday – Sunday, between 06:00-19:00
  • This opening assignment is for 3 months

What's involved with this role:

An Assistant Market Officer is required to carry out general market cleaning, sweeping, waste disposal, cleaning public toilets and maintenance tasks at various markets, both indoors and outdoors in all weather. It will involve heavy manual handling to erect market stalls.

The applicant must be able and willing to work across 7 days a week on mixed shift patterns including split shifts. They must be able to drive and have own vehicle to accommodate 6am starts at Dewsbury and Huddersfield; and be willing to travel to different market locations.
