Temporary Administrator - Business Management Services

Hybrid - up to two days in the office.
This role is for a leading London Police organisation, candidates with current CTC/SC clearances will go through their vetting processes, currently this is taking up to 6 months. An experienced Administrator is required to provide support to the seven service strands of NDES on all administrative matters.
The role of the Business Management Services Assistant is primarily to provide timely, concise communications. Support joiners and leavers, track and maintain vetting information assist with HR, Finance and Procurement tasks and to support the NDES SLT and deal with other ad hoc duties as demand dictates.
Key responsibilities:
- Completion of prep for weekly SLT.
- Fault reporting.
- Basic training tasks.
- Basic finance and procurement tasks.
- Arrange welcome meetings.
- Arrange exit interviews.
- Health & safety cover.
- Ad-hoc minutes.
- Assisting with deliveries and storeroom.
- Support coordination of QSR panels and running of commendation ceremony assistance for NDES recognition.
- Managing of booking NDES meeting rooms.
- Assisting with BMS mailbox and directing enquiries to the relevant person.
- Maintaining spreadsheets and databases relating to BMS in support of NDES services.
- Perform tasks set by the team leader and work alongside other functions within the BMS team.
