To provide a dedicated admin support service at Barton Moss Secure Care Centre
Key Responsibilities:
- To be fully aware of the secure environment at all times and its status and function.
- To provide an extensive admin support function within the centre and provide cover and support to colleagues as required.
- To design and create a range of products as required by the centre using Microsoft software packages, inc Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Powerpoint and Publisher
- To be responsible for the production of documentation using a number of methods ie photocopying, laminating and binding.
- To assist in the planning, design and maintenance of electronic systems used to record and collate information.
- To produce and ensure data is submitted to the appropriate bodies within set timescales.
- Liaise with other services, for example the Youth Custody Service, Ofsted, DfE, YOTs etc on behalf of colleagues and clients
- To minute a range of meetings as required.
- To follow local authority and national guidelines in relation to the retention of records for the centre and be responsible for archive records accordingly.
- To provide admin support to the SMT team
