Temporary Admin Support Worker – Safeguarding Board

Enhanced DBS required
The Safeguarding Board require an experienced administrator to carry out a range of duties with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and an understanding of safeguarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Take minutes and record actions for a range of meetings.
- Set up meetings, arrange venues and coordinate all papers for meetings.
- Track data and follow-up actions.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with partners.
