Senior Business Support Assistant

Hybrid role - Role can be fully remote
Maintains the SAP and IRIS systems as appropriate to ensure monthly timetable deadlines are met for all clients. Undertaking the following activities as directed by the HRAP Control, Expenses and Reporting Support Supervisor
Key responsibilities:
- Responds to HR, Business Managers, clients and other employees as appropriate to execute system changes, manage requests for emergency payments and answer queries both written and verbal. Liaises with employees to resolve issues.
- Undertakes checking and monitoring activities against agreed organisational and legislative protocols and procedures to ensure their compliance before any action is taken.
- Access systems e.g. Gov portal to extract and load tax codes to payroll systems to timetabled requirements and other information as required.
- Ensures the highest standards of ‘customer care’ are maintained when dealing with Clients, service users and all stakeholders. Recognising and respecting confidentiality.
- Completes other routine administrative tasks related to the role
- Undertakes other work in support of the service area and HR Admin & Payroll as required and as appropriate to grade

- Maths and English GCSEs at A-C grades and 3 other GCSE’s
- Finance knowledge
- Excellent Excel experience
- Experience of managing competing deadlines
- Satisfactory experience in administrative or clerical related work
- Good admin skills
- Able to understand financial spreadsheet
