Temporary SENA Support Worker Co Ordinator/Admin

Pay Rate: £11.80 per hour PAYE

Hours per week: 35-37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours

Role Length: This opening assignment is for 2-3 months

City: Glenfield, Leicestershire

Hybrid working once fully trained.

The purpose of the role is to work closely with designated teams in order to provide specialist administrative support and liaise confidently with a range of internal and external agencies to ensure children, young people and families receive LCC services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate general administrative duties through the SENA business support team keeping to processes and procedures.
  • Maintain accurately and keep up to date a range of computer based monitoring and data systems.
  • Ensure incoming and outgoing correspondence and generic inboxes and duty lines are appropriately managed/ recorded/ tracked/ progressed and prioritised.
  • Compose and send out correspondence, emails, reports, minutes and other such documentation.
