The purpose of the role is to provide targeted auditing to support line managers and drive performance improvement in Outcome Compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively interrogate RMS to ensure accuracy, integrity and compliance on targeted Outcomes in line with HOCR and other NPCC guidance.
- Identify and address areas of concern in relation to Outcome compliance and provide feedback on results.
- Monitor, record and report on areas of concern and liaise with Supervisors, Managers and the FCIR so that the reviewed data can be included in audit reports.
- Assist with Data Quality issues as directed by the FCIR.
- To ensure discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality is applied at all times in accordance with force policies and procedures.
- Promote and comply with North Wales Police policies on equal opportunities and health and safety both in the delivery of services and the treatment of others.
- Any other duties as directed by a Supervisory Officer commensurate with the post and salary grading.

Qualifications:
- NVQ level 3 or equivalent relevant level of qualification, in an Administration related subject, or an equivalent amount of relevant proven experience.
- Level 3 Converse partly in Welsh
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- A proven ability of attention to detail.
- Ability to work at an intermediate level in Microsoft applications, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills commensurate with the requirements of the post. The ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- The role is one that requires an individual who can work on their own initiative, is highly motivated and can work as part of a team.
