CTC vetting required for this role - CTC initially and then SC in post

The CTP HR National Functions Support Officer will be responsible for the supporting the national CT network in relation to recruitment and workforce planning. As well as providing project support across a wide range of national HR initiatives.
The post holder will have to manage the competing demands placed upon them by colleagues across the team, prioritising and managing expectations, all whilst providing a dedicated support function to the Head of Strategic CT HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the provision of recruitment and workforce planning across the 9 CT regions
- Address any resource problems or barriers that arise, by seeking solutions via new innovative methods
- Supporting business managers and HR Colleagues with advice and guidance in relation to workforce matters
- Building relationships across the business in order to deliver more effective outcomes; especially with senior stakeholders by regularly attending relevant meetings and driving discussion on strategic workforce planning requirements
- Working closely with the Workforce Planning Advisor and Workforce Planning Partner for SO to ensure consistent workforce data quality within the largest CT region
- Coordination of the National Workforce Planning Board (NWPB), including submissions and management of schedule and decision circulation
- Coordination of the Quarterly HR Meeting, including agenda, management of schedule and decision circulation;
- Requirement to undertake minutes at various national meetings as/when required
- Provide professional, analytical, and technical support to HR related projects and initiatives
- Provide briefing and advice on progress as required to HR Senior Management Team
