To provide an efficient, high quality administration service to the Lettings team. To support the smooth day to day running of the service by having a clear understanding of the team tasks and performance targets
Key responsibilities:
- Accurately undertake the day-to-day administration tasks for the Lettings team, including but not limited to, electronic filing, updating the Lettings spreadsheet, setting up and ending tenancies on the housing management system, creating sign up packs/collating documents, managing the Lettings team email inbox, completing CORE forms.
- Ensuring that incoming telephone calls and emailed are answered within the team’s SLA timescales and details of these are accurately recorded.
- Ensure effective communication across the team and with customers, and work as part of a team to ensure essential services are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
- Ensure confidentiality in all matters.
- Attend and participate in meetings, training, events and operational activities

- Demonstrates knowledge of using computer based IT applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Teams and Outlook
- A basic understanding of housing and tenancy law.

- Experience of working on own initiative
- Ability to respond positively to change and support new ways of working.
- Communicates in an effective and respectful manner both verbally and in writing
