City: WEMBLEY, LONDON
Hybrid working - 2 days in the office.
Develop and maintain knowledge of the legislation and best practice in relation to leasehold consultation and leasehold management. To provide prompt and accessible consultation services for Leaseholders including; the calculation of service charges; major works billing; reserve fund; shared ownership rent and ground rent. To plan and successfully deliver a range of leaseholder statutory consultation documentation that includes details of works, potential timescales and calculation of charges
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a patch of homeowner accounts and to provide high quality service to customers.
- Issue clear and compliant S20 notices.
- To accurately calculate and produce service charge and major works invoice in accordance with the legislation and local procedures and policies
- Building relationships and resolving disputes.
- Ensuring that the leasehold accounts are managed in accordance with the terms of the leases, transfer documents, legislation and best practice

- Section 20 major works and service charges experience
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing with a wide range of people, including Councilors, contractors and other agencies.
- Ability to interpret and explain to a range of audiences' relevant legislation and complex legal documents such as leases.
- Demonstrate the ability to work as a team towards common goals, creating a sense of team spirit
