This role is for a leading London Police organisation, candidates with current CTC/SC clearances will go through their vetting processes, currently this is taking up to 6 months.  If you are already in a contract that potentially is not ending for a few months and this role is of interest, do let us know, we would be happy to discuss further.

Office-based role.  The post holder will be expected to travel round London (including Heathrow, London City Airport, HQ buildings and other customer sites).

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide practical advice & guidance in the use and acquisition of ICT.
  • Assist officers in the use and configuration of corporate mobility devices such as Foundation laptops, Foundation tablets, mobile phones, encrypted USB sticks etc. (including support for users on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10).
  • Assist officers in the provision and use of Foundation desktop terminals and peripherals.
  • Advise and assist officers in video and audio conferencing.
  • Assisting customers in accommodation moves and changes (including scoping studies).
  • Assist customers with procurement activities.
