Full Job Title: Interim Senior Organisational Development Advisor – Human Resources

This role is a Senior OD role which will be providing OD support to the manager alongside the other advisers. You will be a skilled and dedicated OD practitioner with experience in leadership development and talent management.

Some experience running OD projects would be helpful.


Specific Role Requirements” – to give yourself the maximum chance of success please try and ensure your CV addresses the following essential criteria:

  1. Qualifications:
    1. Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel & Development or equivalent
    2. Evidence of continuous professional development and keeping up to date with employment law and best practice across all sectors
  2. Experience:
    1. Demonstrate post qualifying experience of providing a range of Learning & Development Services
    2. Significant experience of advising and supporting all levels of managers and staff on Learning & Development activity, primarily management development and coaching.
    3. Demonstrable experience of extensive engagement with a range of stakeholders in a L&D related client-consultant relationship.
    4. Extensive experience of designing, delivering, embedding and evaluating Leadership & Management programmes that drive cultural change.
    5. Experience of benchmarking and analysis of information including data trends to make informed decisions
  3. Specific Skills required for this Role:
    1. Detailed understanding of Learning & Development and ability to demonstrate a successful track record in delivery of organisational change
    2. Evidence of success in implementing change within a large organisation
    3. Exceptional analytical skills to accurately analyse and interpret data to influence decisions on L&D related issues
    4. Advanced level written & verbal communication skills including the ability to produce clear and concise documents, to present reports and brief/train stakeholders at all levels
    5. Ability to work quickly, accurately and to tight deadlines and projects across a range of related subjects
  4. ICT Skills: Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite)
