Interim Project Manager for Adult Transformation / Social Care

A Project Manager is required for the Transformation Team to use project approaches to transform services for Adult Social Care. Candidates will have a proven track record in project management and leading change and transformation in Local Authority.
As Project Manager, you will work with the senior managers, and partners, to successfully manage and co-ordinate the development of partnership arrangements, associated projects within the plan, and associated governance structure. The role will include the implementation of the projects, ensuring that implementation follows a robust project management methodology, be responsible for the day to day execution of the project plan, and deal with issues that arise that might affect the achievement of the project plan and the achievement of agreed benefits.

- A good understanding of adult social care.
- Knowledge and experience of leading multi-stakeholder (public and private) project management, project budget management, project progress reporting, stakeholder management (both internal and external), influencing, communications and the internal decision-making processes of local government.
