Full Job Title: Interim Programme Lead – Neighbourhood Model Programme

This role is classed Hybrid – Flexible.

The post holder will work closely with CCG Directors, the wider local leadership team and the Head of Barnet Borough Partnership to take forward the development of the Borough Integrated Care Partnership and ensuring its aims and objectives are successfully delivered.

The post holder will lead the design, planning and implementation of the neighbourhood model programme for the Barnet Borough Partnership as an initial priority, and other programmes of work as the role and BBP priorities evolve over time.

Support NCL CCG and its partners to deliver a meaningful reduction in health inequalities and a system shift towards person centred care, prevention, early intervention, self-care and self-management. Work with commissioners and providers to ensure the processes and incentives in the system, support integration not fragmentation or silo working (for example, approaches to planning, service (re)design, business case development, payment models, contracting models, performance frameworks etc.)

You will have an excellent understanding of NCL ICB, the staff, and communities and an ability to develop and sustain relationships with key stakeholders enabling an integrated approach to solving complex and ingrained issues. Working across the BBP and wider stakeholders and linking with the ICS will be an important element of this across NCL.

 

Specific Role Requirements” – to give yourself the maximum chance of success please try and ensure your CV addresses the following essential criteria:

  1. Education & Qualifications:
    1. Educated to masters level (repeat) equivalent level of experience of working at a senior level in specialist area.
    2. Extensive knowledge of specialist areas of ICP and CCG requirements, acquired through post graduate diploma or equivalent experience or training plus further specialist knowledge or experience to master’s level equivalent or
    3. Evidence of post qualifying and continuing professional development
    4. Member of relevant professional body
    5. Management qualification to level 5 that includes project management, healthcare management, budget/resources or equivalent experience
  2. Experience:
    1. Previously responsible for a budget, involved in budget setting and working knowledge of financial processes
    2. Experienced in direct line management and job management.
    3. Experience of delivering results through managing through others and using a range of levers in the absence of direct line management responsibility.
    4. Experience of successfully managing relationships with a range of different stakeholders.
    5. Experience of managing a team within the constraints of the NHS strategic plan.
    6. Used to working in a busy environment
  3. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
    1. Must have an understanding of the background to and aims of current healthcare policy in London and appreciate the implications of this on engagement
    2. Should have an appreciation of the relationship between the Department of Health, the Strategic Health Authority and individual provider and commissioning organisations
    3. Experience and knowledge of integration and transformation
    4. Experience in developing services and initiatives with communities and the voluntary care sector
    5. Demonstrated experience of delivering engagement and co- design with a range of stakeholders, healthcare providers, partners and the public
    6. Experience in bringing others together during transformational change projects to ensure effective outcome
  4. ICT Skills:Working knowledge of Microsoft Office with intermediate keyboard skills.
