The role of the Change Manager is to proactively prepare the business for the impact of the changes being delivered by the E & I Programme.

You will work with the Lead Change Manager, Change Manager, Change Champions and workstreams to analyse business readiness/change impact to support the planning and delivery of change management activities.

You will be expected to establish and maintain good working relationships within the E & I team and with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Experience working on Organisational/Business Change within a complex environment
  • Experience of conducting Change Impact Assessments
  • Stakeholder Management at various levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical and data gathering/elicitation skills
  • Be flexible and able to work with ambiguity
  • Good understanding of the associated application of change management approaches and delivery of change management activities.
