Role: HR Associate

Contract Length: Anticipated 12 months

Location: Reading hybrid working: 2-3 days per week on site and rest WFH

Security Clearance: This role will sponsor SC Clearance

An HR Associate is required to deliver routine activities and process onboarding and security checks for new employees.

Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure the HR Information System is accurately updated and transactions are processed in a timely fashion.
  • Ensure all correspondence and documentation produced is accurate and in accordance with approved templates.
  • Process RTW checks / onboarding / security vetting checks.
  • Deliver routine scheduled activities.
  • Support line managers, employees and candidates in the effective use of self-service HR technologies.

 

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience within HR
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Packages (Excel specifically)
  • Previous experience using computerised systems for data retrieval and data entry.
  • Previous experience working with RTW checks / onboarding / security vetting checks previously (desirable
