What's involved with this role:

Interim Estates Facilities Manager – Hybrid working - PSR 1JP00061863

Pay Rate: Up to £480 per day pay range subject to IR35 status

This role is currently Hybrid Working – 3 days per week on site (with occasional travel to another site).

Key Accountabilities:

  • Understand and comply with statutory, regulatory and professional requirements.
  • Local management of key suppliers, able to support negotiations, management or escalation issues.
  • Act as the primary point of contract for, and liaise with, local customers at numerous properties.
  • Assist in the management of staff, contractors and consultants to ensure the provision of high quality and efficient services and general administration including filing, raising and paying invoices and keeping records.
  • Keep abreast of all relevant property and facilities management developments.
  • Facilitate and tend to other departments projects and developments.
  • Contribute to ensure projects are completed on time.
  • Contribute to the business continuity plans.
  • Prepare and ensure all risk assessments are carried out at number of sites.


Key requirements:

  • Commercial experience gained within a property, facilities management or similar function.
  • Administration experience.
  • Assurance experience.
  • Understand hard and soft facilities management.
  • IT Literate-Microsoft products.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Highly organised managing a wide variety of tasks.
  • IT Literate using Microsoft products with basic Excel skills.
