An Energy & Water Administrator with familiarity with energy and water billing is required to carry out a range of administration tasks within the Energy Team.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payments for monthly consolidated invoices to energy and water suppliers.
- Quarterly recharges to tenants for their share of energy and water usage.
- Monitor water and energy Outlook inboxes and resolve issues and queries.
- Billing supply changes for energy and water, including when sites are sold or acquired.
- Identify meters not in use and process their disconnections.

Experience:
- Familiarity with energy and water billing.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication skills.

- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
