The Direct Payment Support Officer plays a vital role in the management of a variety of administrative functions across the Direct Payment Team, including the transactional management of prepaid cards, the handling of customer queries and the management of payments and invoices
Key Responsibilities:
- Collating, copying and pasting accurate data into Excel spreadsheets
- Issuing reports
- Requires Excel intermediate working knowledge
- Will work on LAS, ContrOCC and EML (Finance system) - knowledge of inhouse systems (transferable skills)
- Engage with internal stakeholders only

Qualifications:
- A-C (or equivalent) in GCSE English and Maths
Knowledge:

Skills & Abilities:
