Role Length: This opening assignment is for 3-4 months

The successful candidate will provide clerical and word processing support to the Families First Central Support Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings and take minutes for multi-agency meetings including the Families First Board, Families First Leads, Quarterly Monitoring Meetings with our partners and Team Meetings.
- Maintain our electronic closure records, ensuring they are processed, queries clarified and answered and uploaded onto our shared database (WCCIS).
- Support the team with JAFF referral queries from professionals, checking the database and providing initial responses.
- Answering phone calls/emails and supporting initial queries from professionals and members of the public.
- Supporting the Families First CST with general administrative/clerical tasks related to the team.

Qualifications:
- 5 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Previous experience of working in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of office systems and machines e.g. copiers, faxes, filing systems
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
