The team requires an experienced administrator to carry out a range of duties with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.

Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Excellent communications skills, ability to deal with challenging situations and work under pressure.
- Ability to deal with difficult and vulnerable services users over the phone.
- Ability to muti task and deal with a high workload with changing priorities with tight deadlines.
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
