The team requires an experienced administrator to carry out a range of duties with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Updating spreadsheets with customer details
- Working on Teams to download information relevant to the task and inputting information into the relevant system
- Checking system for outstanding work
- Sending out letters and reminders to tenants
