Please note the following rota and working hours are in operation for the role.
Week 1 - 7.30am-6pm Mon, Tues, Sat and Sun 40 hrs
Week 2 - 7.30am-6pm Wed, Thurs, Fri 30 hrs
Week 3 – 11.30am – 10pm (same days as week 1) 40 hrs
Week 4 – 11.30am – 10pm (same days as week 2) 30 hrs
In addition, 8 hours are required to be worked back each 4 week period, so that a total of 148 hours are worked over a 4 week period
This is a public facing role, meeting and greeting visitors, health care professions and patients, and taking incoming calls. Managing and maintaining range of patient systems. Placing orders and supporting staff with a variety of administration functions

Experience:
- Experienced in undertaking a range of business support tasks and confident in using technology
