This role is 50% office based and 50% site working
An experienced Building Surveyor is required to undertake duties including void repairs surveys, disrepairs surveys and contract management.
Key responsibilities:
- Undertake Schedules of Work.
- Disrepair surveys.
- Contract administration.
- Condition surveys.
- General building surveys.
