The post-holder will be accountable for delivering a tenure blind, professional, pro-active, high quality, customer-centric service addressing engrained anti-social behaviour & delivering tenancy success through resolution & enforcement s across a locality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility to deliver the right outcome for our customer in a safe and timely way.
  • Deliver highly effective professional tenure blind service within a locality to resolve engrained anti-social behaviour, where legal action is a last resort and deliver tenancy success
  • Work collaboratively with locality and functional teams to resolve non access, fraud and tenancy and lease breaches
  • Work collaboratively with the Locality and cross functional teams to provide a proactive data led service to deliver the customer outcomes
  • Be responsible for developing productive relationships with local stakeholders and partnering agencies, built on trust, respect and a joint interest in addressing anti-social behaviour through minimal use of enforcement powers

Qualifications:

 

  1. Relevant degree or appropriate professional qualification
  2. Membership of a professional body – CIH or equivalent -desirable

 

Experience:

  1. Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
  2. Experience of delivering effective anti-social behaviour service to address ingrained behaviours whilst minimising need for legal intervention and supporting tenancy success.
  3. Experience of addressing non access, fraud and other tenancy breaches minimising need for legal intervention.
  4. Experience of attending and representing Sovereign at court, including preparation of Notices, court papers and witness statements.
  5. Experience of working across teams and agencies to address complex customer needs.
  6. Excellent demonstratable knowledge of tenancy, lease, resolution, and legal approaches to maintain and improve outcomes for our customers and minimise risk.
  7. Understanding of data breaches, associated implications and industry standards of preventing/triaging a breach.

  2. Ability to work with others to optimise team performance.
  3. Ability to receive honest communication and develop inclusive relationships.
  4. Have a track record of meeting deadlines and working effectively with others in a complex and dynamic environment.
  5. Ability to record and maintain the proper use of data.
  6. Evidence of excellent customer service achievements in a complex delivery environment.
  7. Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
