Minute taking skills and experience are essential for this role
The team requires an experienced secretariat to carry out a range of secretarial duties with limited supervision, which may involve written, telephone or face to face contact with the public or internal colleagues and the application of organisational procedures and systems. To provide a comprehensive administrative/secretarial service to the team, to ensure the smooth running of the Department.
- Record, action, manage and distribute where appropriate, all correspondence received.
- Organise meetings as required. Ensure the timely preparation of agendas and supporting documentation and minute taking of meetings.
- Support the secretarial needs of the team undertaking any other secretarial support work as directed.
