Role: Assistant Estates Surveyor
Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months
Location: Worthing. Travel around the South West region approx. 3 days per week. The rest WFH
Pay Rate: Up to £250 per day pay range subject to IR35 status
Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Estates Surveyor for approximately 6 months.
As an Assistant Estates Surveyor, you will work alongside Estates Surveyors and Senior Estates Surveyors providing a professional Estates service to the business.
You will be involved in a wide variety of surveying work; this will keep your days varied and interesting, enabling you to gain a wide breadth of knowledge and experience.
Your work will focus on managing a diverse land portfolio as well as helping to deliver the national flood risk programme, overseeing various operational projects. You may also provide assistance to the acquisition and compensation programme for major capital works.
Key requirement:
- RICS Accredited Degree
- Clean Driving Licence
