Our client is looking to hire a Financial Investigator on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
As the Financial Investigator, you will lead financial investigations in support of all objectives and will apply the full powers of financial investigation against those involved in serious and organised crime.
As the Financial Investigator you will have at least five years’ experience working in a similar role and be an Accredited Financial Investigator with PIP2 and PIP1 (which needs to be valid for the length of the contract).
For this role as the Financial Investigator, you will also have broad debt knowledge.
As the Financial Investigator you will have the following responsibilities:
- To lead financial investigations in support of all organisational objectives.
- To apply the full powers of financial investigation against any individual or parties who may be involved in serious and organised crime.
- Ensure investigations are carried out thoroughly, professionally and expeditiously in accordance with the policy and legislative requirements.
As the Financial Investigator you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skillset:
- Accredited financial investigator with PIP2 accreditation or a recognised qualification / accreditation to investigate crime issued by a Government or Law Enforcement body
- Debt knowledge
Security Clearance: SC highly desirable; candidates with active SC clearance will be fast-tracked.
