- Undertake a variety of experiments and analyses to generate innovative solutions to the analysis of microelectronics.
- Research into specialist areas of microelectronics that are of particular relevance, for example design of structures and use of novel materials.
- Communicate microelectronics analysis to non-technical audiences.
- Partner with project teams to develop innovative solutions
- An understanding of electronics engineering and systems engineering techniques.
- Skilled in high precision mechanical engineering, with experience of using fine motor skills to handle, machine and disassemble small components.
- Comfortable with the use of hand tools.
- Able to follow processes and guidelines, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to analyse complex problems to break them down based on solutions from a range of domains.
- Able to plan, organise and prioritise your workload.
- Collaborative team worker, individually motivated and works well without supervision.
- Ability to record information accurately, and clearly communicate your work to others in both written and verbal formats.
