Role: Policy & Performance Business Partner - HR

Contract Length: Anticipated 6 months

Location: Hybrid – Wilmslow – as and when required.

Pay Rate:  Competitive Market Rate 

 

Our client is looking to hire a Policy & Performance Business Partner – HR for approximately 6 months.

As the strategic lead for employee relations, you will develop close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and lead the development of effective employee relations plans, policies, processes and strategies.

You will ensure policies and procedures are dynamic, modern and clear while meeting legal requirements, reflecting good practice and enabling the organisation to achieve its people management and employee relations objectives.

Essential Key Skills:

  • Experience of interacting with Trade Unions
  • Policy experience and writing strategies
  • Knowledge of employment law
  • Evidence of delivering value in a similar environment
  • Stakeholder management
  • Ability to work with managers, sharing information to prepare them for meetings.

 

Desirable:

  • Ability to discover areas for continuous improvement
