Role: Administrator / Information Management Officer
Contract Length: anticipated 6 months
Location: Bristol, you need to be within 20 mile radius of Bristol. (hybrid working, 3-4 days in Office required, 8-4 Mon-Thurs, 8-3 Friday).

Our client is within central government in the defence sector, and they are looking to hire an Administrator / Information Management Officer.
As the Administrator / Information Management Officer you will provide daily admin support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks.
As the Administrator / Information Management Officer you will be able to act as a key team player and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation from asset management to actioning new accounts.
We are looking for an Administrator / Information Management Officer with Customer service experience and an admin background.
As the Administrator / Information Management Officer you will have the following responsibilities:
- Provide daily admin support to the Service Desk Manager in delivery of core iHub tasks.
- Deliver excellent customer service, supporting iHub activity across the whole of the team.
- Acting as a key team player and contribute to the delivery of corporate support services from the iHub, across the organisation; from asset management to actioning new accounts.
- Submitting catalogue requests, asset management, customer advice & guidance on requests as per service catalogue, sharePoint permissions & basic site maintenance, supporting team admin and conduct asset audits.
As the Administrator / Information Management Officer you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following skillset:
- Experience with MS office packages
- Customer service experience important
- Admin background
Security Clearance: : BPSS first then SC Clearance
Contract Length: anticipated 6 months
