Location: Hybrid – 2 -3 days in Office - Birmingham (WM Birmingham)/ Hybrid remote 1or twice a week in Leeds/ London / Swindon / Birmingham/ Manchester / Nottingham

JOB INFO:
A Transition Manager/ Operations Team is needed on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
What you’ll do:
- Acting as a link between the leadership team and the wider GPA team, proactively identifying and getting to the heart of challenging issues and working with the SLT - Complete trackers with GPA Regional Transition teams
- Communications Strategy - Working with GPA Stakeholders, create a communications strategy in relation to the Transition Plan; offer Corporate support to the Business Manager and Business Integration Manager
- Stakeholder Communication - Providing leadership to, and being responsible for the management of the Deputy Director’s office team, ensuring they have the support, knowledge, resilience and skills to maintain the effective operation of the office.
- Coordinate and respond to strategic and operational matters on behalf of the Deputy Director.
- Deciphering urgency and ensuring that relevant actions are identified and progressed at an appropriate pace.
- Maintain relationships between staff, SLT and Deputy Director, regarding culture, employee wellbeing, updates, proposals and planning.
- Customer service focussed, working responsively to ensure that our clients and customers priorities are met
Who you are:
- Experience of Leadership skills
- Clear experience of owning mobilisation and demobilisation of FM contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven track record of making a strong personal impact, demonstrating effectiveness and credibility to operate at a senior level.
