As the Senior Data Insights Manager, you will analyse the ticketing information from ServiceNow and identify trends and put forward recommendations for improvements to improve the IT Service Desk Function.
The Senior Data Insights Manager is a role within the IT Service Management department of IDD, reporting into the Head of Service Insights and Improvement. You will own the Data Insights processes, policies and procedures.
You will be responsible for the IT Service Management Data Model and undertake the collating of data from across the ITSM estate, ensuring data quality and coherence.
Additionally, you will enable and support the organisation to deliver reporting and management information including sustainability considerations to senior leadership to support in insights driven decision making.
Previous experience of IT Service Management, is essential for this role.
Existing security clearance is not a prerequisite but will always help
Key Skills:
- Must have experience of Service Now and IT Service Management Tooling
- Ability to use data to identify Trends and make recommendations and forecasts for Senior Leadership Team
- Strong stakeholder management & communication skills to senior level
What you’ll do:
- Oversight of direct reports and line management duties throughout their team
- Managing team prioritisation and utilisation.
- Leading recruitment within the Data Insights team
- Demonstrating role model values of diversity and inclusion, leadership and embracing change within the team, engaging and maintaining the commitment of staff
- Developing a supporting environment for staff, promoting a culture of constructive feedback, learning, development and flexible working.
- Building an open and collaborative culture within the Data Insights team
