Technical Assistant / Admin – Social Housing

Pay rate: £11.59 per hour PAYE
To assist in providing technical and data management support and administrative support to the Senior Administrator / Senior Planner and wider HRO and WHQS teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely technical support to managers.
- Effectively manage information, data and systems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data management systems and key performance data in conjunction with the Performance and Asset Management Group.
- Develop and maintain internal relationships to help maintain information flow and meet agreed targets.
- Co-ordinate meetings, arrange venues and record meetings to a high standard.
- Prepare reports and draft general documents and correspondence.
- Provide support to managers tasked with responding to FOI or subject access requests.
- Monitoring of KPI data across all contracts required following the completion of work on Council properties.
- Provide an administrative support for the whole department, including answering telephone calls and dealing with technical queries.

Qualifications:
- Relevant Level 3 qualification on the Credit and Qualifications Framework.
Experience & Skills:
- Evidence of general technical administrative experience.
- Experience of working with database systems.
- Demonstrate an excellent knowledge and understanding of Customer Care.
- Good numeracy skills.
- High levels of accuracy to work standards.
- Ability to work as part of an effective team.
- Minimum of 12 months recent experience in a similar role, or context and ideally within a public sector organisation.
- Strong IT skills using Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
