Location: Hybrid – Lichfield, 2 days in office / Andover if possible.

JOB INFO:
A Cost Surveyor is needed on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.

What you’ll do:
- Define future projects and provide contract and costing support as required
- Assist with creating a clear assurance framework and provide resolution for any issues.
- Ensure risk is suitably identified at the correct level contractually and that compliance standards are met.
- Work alongside the compliance team assisting customers, teams and Industry Partners to prioritise, define and shape future projects
- Develop and maintain engagement with function and team stakeholders in order to achieve delivery outputs.
- Provide specific contract and costing support and advice as required
- Undertake programme management activity, including working with stakeholders.
- Ensure that the team and function are enabled to deliver required outputs
- Lead activities in relating to procurement initiatives.
Who you are:
- EXCEL – ADVANCED / Intermediate – ESSENTIAL
- Estimating experience
- Ability to Price for soft facilities management
